Come stay at a 2nd Row Ocean Home in Palmetto Dunes Resort community on Armada Street.  3 Armada Street is an amazing 5,418 square foot home that is located directly across the ramp to the beach.  From the front door of 3 Armada, over the ramp and to the beach is only a 400 foot walk!!!!  

3 Armada consists of 3 total levels of fun and relaxation.  

The first level is basement / garage and not calculated in the 5,418 square footage.  On this level we have a storage closet with pool toys and beach toys.  From beach chairs, beach shades, boogie boards, sand toys and pool floats we have something for everyone.  

The second level consists of a living room, (twin bunkbed in 7'x7' room) attached to full bathroom, 2nd bedroom with a king and full bathroom, 3rd bedroom with a king and full bathroom, 4th bedroom with a king and full bathroom, 5th bedroom with a king and full bathroom, wet bar area with dishwasher and small refrigerator and laundry room.

The third level consists of the 2nd living room of the home, full kitchen with Viking appliances, wine rack closet, dining room, pantry, 6th bedroom with a king and full bathroom (Master Bedroom) and an 8' pool table located in a 2nd dining room that can be converted to an eating table of buffet with the table top pieces.

The home also features an elevated pool adjacent to the second level of the home.  This pool is around 30'x14' and 6' depth.  Plenty of deck to lounge and layout in the sun around the pool.  Next to the pool is a covered terrace that includes a Viking outdoor grill running off the homes 500 gallon propane storage tank.

425 Captains Walk has a Private Balcony that is accessible from the Living Room and Master with a table and 4 chairs.  The Master Bedroom offers a King bed with private bath with tub/shower plus built-in dressing/makeup area.  BR2 offers Queen bed & Twin bed with Twin Trundle with a bathroom tub/shower combo.  Tempurpedic mattresses throughout with an additional Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room to sleep a total of 8.  This oceanfront Captains Walk rental will accommodate 2 Families, Grandparents or any combination for sleeping 8 so bring along the crew.

Wifi, Cable, 4K TV’s in each rooms with Roku Ultra's, Smart Thermostat,  Keyless Door Entry.

Linens, Bath Towels, Soap, Shampoo, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Dishwashing liquid are all provide at this Hilton Head rental.  All you need to do is bring your own beach towels.

Home does have an Elevator as well. Car pass required for each car to enter Palmetto Dunes.  Each car pass is $35 total for a 7 day stay.  Rental includes 2 car passes but you can request more after booking or even during the stay.

With quick access right to the beach, you literally can see it the whole walk on the ramp.  On the beach lifeguards are present and offer umbrella chairs for rent.  Just bring your own beach towels.

Location is everything with this Beach Rental.  The Dunes House serves food and drinks typically 11am-5pm.  It's less than 400 feet from the beach ramp making it close and convenient for some quick beverages and snacks while on the beach.

Inside the Palmetto Dunes gated community in which 3 Armada is located you will find plenty of things to do.  Palmetto Dunes is home to 3 championship golf courses including 1 oceanfront course.  Tennis, basketball and playgrounds are available as well.  Fish or canoe/kayak the 11 mile lagoon within palmetto dunes.  Fish or paddle the ocean with rentals available onsite at Hilton Head Outfitters.  Bike paths located all around the island.  Make your reservations before you come and have everything delivered right to the bike rack.  Take the free Dunes Buggy (seasonal) to shop or watch fireworks at Shelter Cove.  Walk or ride to the General Store or Restaurants located within Palmetto Dunes.Things To Do Around Captains Walk
