• How far is this house from the beach? This is a 2nd Row Home that is less than 500 feet to the beach via a concrete path / composite deck ramp with no stairs to climb. You can see the ocean from the top balcony between a few trees, it is a small view.
• Does this home have elevator access? Yes, 3 stop elevator goes from 3 car garage, first floor and to second floor.
• How large is the home?  The top 2 floors are 5400 square feet with a full unfinished basement that has ping pong and pop-a-shot.
• How many guests can sleep at this vacation rental in Hilton Head? 12
• How many bedrooms? 6
• How many bathrooms? 6.5
• How many bedrooms have shared bathrooms?  Only twin bunk room has a bathroom accessible to 1st floor living room as well as the bedroom.
