- How far is this house from the beach? This is a 2nd Row Home that is less than 500 feet to the beach via a concrete path / composite deck ramp with no stairs to climb. You can see the ocean from the top balcony between a few trees, it is a small view.
- Does this home have elevator access? Yes, 3 stop elevator goes from 3 car garage, first floor and to second floor.
- How large is the home? The top 2 floors are 5400 square feet with a full unfinished basement that has ping pong and pop-a-shot.
- How many guests can sleep at this vacation rental in Hilton Head? 12
- How many bedrooms? 6
- How many bathrooms? 6.5
- How many bedrooms have shared bathrooms? Only twin bunk room has a bathroom accessible to 1st floor living room as well as the bedroom.
- How many bedrooms per floor? 5 bedrooms downstairs and 1 master bedroom upstairs.
- Are beach towels included? No
- Are beach chairs included? We try to provide chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for use. They are free to use and available in the storage area of the garage. Gallery has photos.
- Can the pool be heated? Yes, it can be heated at an additional charge. Please contact us in advance of your stay.
- What is the minimum stay? 7 days, Saturday to Saturday. Unless otherwise approved by the Management team.
